1.Why is the positioning of the kids watch inaccurate?

There are two common ways of positioning, GPS positioning and LBS positioning. Please refer to the watch's specifications to confirm which positioning way the watch supports.
If the watch supports GPS positioning, the positioning is very accurate.
If the watch only supports LBS positioning, the positioning accuracy will be affected by the signal strength of local base stations. If base station signal is too weak, the positioning error may be large.
 

2.How do I turn off a kids watch?

When the kids watch is not inserted with SIM card, you can long press POWER button of the watch to shut down.
When the kids watch is inserted with SIM card, the Power-off function of the POWER button will automatically be disabled, and the POWER button will become the SOS emergency call button. At this time, it can only be turned off remotely through the APP on mobile phones. Tap "Remote shutdown" on APP to remotely shut down the watch. This setting is designed as a safety precaution to prevent children from accidentally shutting down when they are not with their parents.
 

3.How to correct the time of kids watch?

When a kids watch is inserted with a valid SIM card, the watch will automatically synchronize time.
 

4.How to charge tablet PCs and watches?

Normally, our products will provide a standard power adapter, if there is no standard power adapter, you can use the following power adapter to charge our devices.
Tablet PC: Please use power adapters with 5V / 1000~2000mA. Output voltage cannot exceed 5V.
Smart Watch: Please connect USB charging cable to Computers, or use power adapters with 5V / 500mA. Output voltage cannot exceed 5V.
Smart Band: Please connect USB charging cable to Computers, or use power adapters with 5V / 500mA. Output voltage cannot exceed 5V.
Kids Watch: Please connect USB charging cable to Computers, or use power adapters with 5V / 500mA. Output voltage cannot exceed 5V.
Laptop: Please use standard power adapter only.
